Inside Sales Support

The Inside Sales Support role assists the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Duties can include responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and questions, making sure orders are processed on time and communicating with customers on order status, and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Support

    • Prospect, generate leads and delegate to sales team.
    • Perform data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data in the company CRM tool.
    • Manage all administrative duties for the sales team, including scheduling channel webinars and meetings.
    • Maintain an accessible and organized system for communicating with sales team.
    • Provide Customer Service throughout order process including post order follow up.
      • Communicate tracking information to distributor, end user and/or RSD.
      • Coordinate training sessions for customers.
    • Coordinate bi-weekly check-ins with all RSD’s.
  • Marketing Activities

    • Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns to generate leads for team.
    • Coordinate materials and logistics for RSD customer presentations.
    • Maintain customer reference list.
    • Create and maintain lamp end life notification email campaigns for customers.
    • Support and follow up on all MHA activities.
    • Compile Trade Show contact lists and coordinate with the Marketing team on email campaigns.
    • Assist in developing a subscription service for lamp replacements.
    • Conduct quarterly follow up with end user customers (in coordination with RSD’s)
  • Executive Support

    • Responsible for answering the main line for PURO operations, screening for leads and forwarding on to RSD’s as needed.
    • Provide assistance to executives as needed.
    • Assist in executing Puro contracts with Reps, Resellers, NDA’s, etc.
    • Weekly interaction with Engineering team to establish rapport and deeper knowledge of product line.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably NetSuite and Salesforce).
  • Experience with Excel and/or Smartsheet required.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
